How Does It Work?
The 5 Voices Leader Academy is designed as an immersive academy model, with a limit of 12 leaders per cohort. Participants will go through a six-part journey that systematically teaches the principles of the 5 Voices, improves leadership awareness, and helps leaders create stronger, more aligned teams.
