How Does It Work?

The 5 Voices Leader Academy is designed as an immersive academy model, with a limit of 12 leaders per cohort. Participants will go through a six-part journey that systematically teaches the principles of the 5 Voices, improves leadership awareness, and helps leaders create stronger, more aligned teams. Each cohort session is 2-3hrs.

This yearlong program with online personal and team exercises, allows each team member to tap into their superpowers and then understand the contribution of one another and how healthy collaboration will allow them to maximize team performance.

5 Voices for Teams is a 12-month process that will help you leverage your greatest asset - your people - to expand and grow your organization. It is designed for teams (6-8 members per team) and multiple teams within the same organization. Each cohort session is 2-3hrs.

5 Voices for Teams helps team members become more self-aware, creating opportunities for behavior change, which improves communication, trust and alignment with the team leader and the team. The result? Teams perform at higher levels building stronger cultures.
